Addressing

Addressing is a crucial part of ensuring that mail and packages reach their intended recipients at VCU. Mail and packages going to residents should be addressed with the student's full name and room number.

To address mail to residents, use the following format: Full Name (as it appears on your student account), Room number, Residence Center/Hall/Apts, and the corresponding street address and zip code. For example, if you're a resident of Ackell Residence Center, your address would be Full Name, Room number, Ackell Residence Center, 207 N Laurel Street, Richmond, VA 23220-4126.
