
Our mail room hours of operation are designed to accommodate the needs of our employees and visitors.
Monday through Friday, the mail room is open from 8am to 5pm.
During these hours, you can drop off mail and packages for domestic and international delivery.

Mail Room Hours
The mail room hours are pretty straightforward. The main campus mail room is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
The satellite mail rooms have slightly different hours, but they're all open at least 30 minutes before the start of each semester.
If you're planning a visit, it's a good idea to check the mail room's schedule in advance, just to make sure you're not showing up during a holiday or break.
Monday to Friday Hours

The mail room is open Monday to Friday, so plan your visits accordingly. If you're planning to drop off a package or pick up a delivery, the mail room is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
If you're sending a package, be aware that the mail room is closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, so you'll need to plan your visit around that time.
The mail room is a busy place, especially on Mondays and Fridays when people are sending packages for the week or returning to work after the weekend.
Saturday and Sunday Hours
The weekend hours are a bit different from our regular hours, so make sure to check ahead of time. We're open on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm, and on Sundays from 10am to 12pm.
Holiday Hours
The holiday hours for our mail room are a bit different than our regular hours. We're closed on major holidays like New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

You can expect our regular hours to resume on the following day after each of these holidays.
During the week between Christmas and New Year's, we'll have reduced hours on December 26th and 27th, from 9am to 1pm.
Our holiday hours are in place to give our staff a well-deserved break and to allow them to spend time with their loved ones.
Access and Permissions
To access the mail room, you need to be a university employee or a registered student with a valid ID.
The mail room is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
You'll need to swipe your ID card to enter the mail room, and you can only access it during business hours.
If you're unsure about your access or permissions, you can check with the mail room staff or your department's administrator.
