The Archipelago Philippine Ferries Corporation has had its share of incidents, and one notable example is the collision between MV FastCat M11 and MV Ocean United on October 18, 2018. The incident occurred at 8:45 PM off Talisay City, Cebu, and resulted in three individuals, including one crew member, being injured.

MV FastCat M11 managed to return to Pier 3 of the Port of Cebu and safely unload all its passengers and rolling cargo, despite sustaining damage to its rear end.
