The company's first docking of Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs) took place in October 1977, with the Mobil Pride being their fourth VLCC.

The new drydock has a length of approximately 1,230 feet and a breadth of 246 feet.

The dewatering time for the drydock is approximately three hours without a vessel, using three pumps.

The drydock features 100-ton and 15-ton cranes.
