The Tulip Blossoms Forever stamps feature close-up views of 10 different tulips in a range of colors, including yellow, orange, pink, green, and violet. Each flower fills almost the entire frame of the stamp, with just the top of the stem showing.

The stamps were designed by Greg Breeding, an art director for the USPS, using existing photographs by Denise Ippolito. Ippolito photographed the tulips in gardens and parks while traveling.
