The HSC T&T Spirit is a reliable and efficient device, but like any technology, it's not immune to issues. If you're experiencing problems, start by checking the power source - make sure it's properly connected and the battery is fully charged.

One common issue is the device freezing or shutting down unexpectedly. This can be caused by overheating, so try giving it a break and letting it cool down for a bit.

Another solution is to perform a factory reset, which can be done by pressing and holding the reset button for 10 seconds. This will restore the device to its original settings.

Repair Issues

The T&T Spirit has had its fair share of repair issues. The most recent one was a damaged starter motor and gear ring on the Port Inner Main Engine, which delayed its departure from Tobago.

The issue was discovered during start-up of the engine. Thankfully, the vessel didn't stall during the voyage, so passengers and vehicles were safe.

The damaged parts were replaced immediately, and the vessel sailed at 7:25 am with 446 passengers and 140 vehicles on board. The crossing took the scheduled 3 hours, and the vessel arrived in port at 10:27 am.
