Holland America MS Prinsendam's Future with Phoenix Reisen is a significant development in the cruise industry. The ship has been sold to Phoenix Reisen, a German-based cruise line.

Phoenix Reisen is a well-established company with a long history of providing high-quality cruise experiences. They have a fleet of ships that cater to a variety of tastes and preferences.

The sale of the Prinsendam to Phoenix Reisen is a strategic move that will allow the ship to continue operating under a new ownership. This change will likely bring new itineraries and amenities to the ship.

Prinsendam's Future

Prinsendam will leave the Holland America Line fleet in July 2019.

The ship has been sold to the German cruise company Phoenix Reisen, and will transfer to their fleet on July 1st.

Prinsendam's itineraries from July 1st onward are being taken over by the Rotterdam, Volendam, and Veendam ships.

These ships will be handling the previously scheduled voyages for Prinsendam guests.

Guests who have booked cruises on Prinsendam after July 1st are being re-accommodated on these other ships.

Holland America Line is reaching out to booked guests and their travel professionals to make these arrangements.
